A beautiful pair of original Czechoslovak lounge chairs from the late 1950s to early 1960s, designed in the style of pieces produced by ÚLUV (Ústředí lidové umělecké výroby – Central Office of Folk Art Production) and the state enterprise Dřevopodnik n. p.
Similar models appeared in their catalogues as examples of functional, craft-based modernism that blended elegant form with practical comfort.
