A rare complete set consisting of a conference table and six chairs designed by French architect and designer Marc Heldfor IBM office interiors in the 1970s.
The set represents an iconic example of corporate design from the era — merging functionality, ergonomics and timeless aesthetics.
The table stands on a double central base with black steel legs and wooden columns. The clean white laminated surface highlights the minimalist technical look.
The chairs feature beautifully sculpted plywood seats and backrests with distinctive wood grain, combined with Held’s characteristic construction and black steel reinforcement.

Historical background
Marc Held (1932–2023) was one of the most influential French designers of the 20th century, known for his organic minimalism and sense for functional elegance.During the 1970s he was commissioned to design furniture for European IBM offices.
